Before & After Gallery
Kitchen remodel
Complete demolition of kitchen area to create a more open space. Redesigned and installed cabinets with new appliances to make room for center island and desk area. Upgraded to granite countertops and replaced linoleum floors with tile.
Living Room remodel
Remodeled living room area damaged wood floor was replaced with new stain resistant carpet, wood wall panels were removed and new drywall and paint was added, Brick fire place façade was redesigned into a Mexican Saltillo Tile facade . New windows and lighting made this room more spacious and contemporary.
Kitchen remodel
Replaced Formica countertops and blue tile backsplash with Swan stone countertops, vinyl floors to ceramic tile, removed doorway and side wall to open kitchen and incorporated corbelled arches to continue the Spanish style. Redesigned cabinets to accommodate new appliances and replaced to a natural wood.
Bathroom remodel
Removed outdated fixtures, tile and vanity to make space for new furniture style vanity with under mount sink, smoky topaz tile, and Grohe fixtures. Turned existing tile shower into a steam shower with optional music and lighting features.
Guest Bathroom remodel
Complete guest bath remodel. Redesigned guest to include a new natural stone shower with tub. New vanity with granite countertop and under mount sink. New Grohe fixtures through out the bath and natural stone flooring.
Backyard
Added a 300 SQFT addition to the rear of the house, replaced all windows and added a sliding glass door off of master suite and one new off the living room. Extended the patio from master suite to side yard. Added trellis style patio cover with fan to create a more comfortable feel.
Front yard
The Dutch style façade was replaced. A porch was added with new exterior stucco and paint for a more inviting look. Energy efficient lighting and windows were added as well.
Kitchen Remodel
Demo’d galley style kitchen and moved kitchen location to create a more spacious environment. Completely updated with natural wood cabinetry, granite countertops with matching tile backsplash, Center Island with extra storage and new hardwood floors.
Master Bathroom
Master bath was not useable before remodel. Redesigned master bath to include a new natural stone shower with shower seat with multi head shower fixtures. New vanity with granite countertop and under mount sink. New Grohe fixtures through out the bath and natural stone flooring make this master bath a complete getaway.
Kitchen Remodel
Remodeled Out of date 50s style kitchen. Removed walls and installed beams. To create a modern open feel. Arched doorways, granite counter tops, center island and new ceramic tile finish off the look. Attached laundry room with new front loading LG washer and dryer. New energy efficient GE profile stove and refrigerator, Meile dishwasher and state of the art Sharp in the draw microwave.
Master Bath Remodel
A completed remodel of a master bath. Arched entry ways, glass enclosed tile shower with separate claw foot tub, granite countertops with under mount sink and built in seated vanity. Vintage style oil rubbed bronze fixtures complete the remodel.
